2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bak999 may verify a user's identity at any time. A copy of a national identity card or passport may be requested for this purpose. If verification is not completed in a timely manner, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3.1 Deposit

3.2 Withdrawal

• Bonus balances are not withdrawable unless the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; or depositing ৳6,000 gives a ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳11,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To make the welcome bonus withdrawable, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (10x). Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing.

• Only bets placed on specified games will count toward meeting the wagering requirements.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless otherwise stated in the promotional terms.
• bak999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.

4.3 VIP Program

The bak999 VIP program has three tiers. It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular play:

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

VIP benefits depend on activity on the platform. bak999 reserves the right to modify VIP terms at any time.

5.1 General Betting Rules

All betting and gaming activities on bak999 are governed by the following general rules:

• A bet once confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed.
• bak999 reserves the right to cancel any bet placed due to a technical error.
• bak999's decision on determining results will be considered final.
• The outcome of any game will be determined by the server data of the relevant game provider.

5.2 Cricket Betting

The cricket betting section allows you to bet on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and various other international matches. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount will be refunded; however, specific rules apply for partial results.

5.3 Live Casino and Slots

The rules applicable to live casino and slots games are governed by the terms of the relevant game provider. Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bak999. If these rules are violated, bak999 reserves the right to permanently close the account and confiscate the balance:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or attempts to defraud the system.
