bak999's commitment to responsible gaming
bak999 believes that playing should be for entertainment — not a source of stress or financial harm. Use our tools and guidelines to keep yourself protected.
Play Safe
What is responsible gaming and why does it matter?
Online betting and casino games can be an enjoyable form of entertainment, but they can never be a reliable source of income. At bak999 we place the highest importance on every player's mental and financial wellbeing. Responsible gaming means staying aware of your own limits, not letting entertainment turn into addiction, and seeking help when needed.
Every player in Bangladesh should set a budget and a time limit before they start playing. Place bets only with money you can afford to lose — never chase losses by betting more. bak999 is committed to staying by your side and keeping this experience safe and enjoyable.
Warning
Gambling can be addictive. If you feel that playing is harming your personal life, relationships or financial situation, contact bak999 live chat support immediately.
Protection tools offered by bak999
Set a deposit limit
You can set your own limit on how much you can deposit each day, each week or each month. Once a limit is set it cannot be exceeded, which protects you from overspending.
Self-exclusion
If you feel you need a break, you can voluntarily close your account for a set period of time. While self-exclusion is active, no bets or transactions are possible on your account.

If you find yourself playing for long stretches at a time, use the time-out feature. Take a break from 24 hours up to several weeks and come back with a clear head.
